Paid digital products are delivered through private order-specific download access. Download limits and access periods may differ by product and should be disclosed before purchase.

Software licences

For software products, publish the licence granted to the customer, permitted number of installations or users, update/support terms and any restrictions. Do not rely on this placeholder as a software licence.

Refunds and withdrawal

Publish a policy that reflects mandatory consumer law in every market you serve. Digital content can be subject to rules that differ from physical goods, especially where immediate delivery begins before a statutory withdrawal period has ended.
