How do I receive a digital product?

After the payment provider confirms payment, the order is given a secure download link. Depending on the store's email configuration, the same access can also be sent by email.

Why is my download not available yet?

Payments that are still pending, awaiting settlement or being verified do not unlock digital files. Access is created only after a final paid/processing confirmation.

Do download links expire?

They can. Each digital product can have its own validity period and download limit. The download page shows the remaining access information for that purchase.

What is self-hosted software?

Self-hosted products are software packages you install on compatible hosting or infrastructure that you control. Always check the product page for server, PHP, database or other technical requirements before purchase.

Which payment methods are available?

Checkout displays the payment methods currently enabled for the order. Availability can depend on country, currency, order value and the configured payment providers.
