Digital Delivery & Refunds

Digital delivery

Digital products are made available only after the configured payment provider has confirmed the payment. When access is released, the customer receives a private download link on the order-confirmation page and/or by email.

Secure download access

Download links are individual to the order. The store can apply an expiry period and a maximum number of file downloads. Customers should not publish or share their private download links.

Delayed payments

For bank transfers, cryptocurrency or other payment methods that do not confirm instantly, download access remains locked until payment is confirmed.

Refunds and cancellations

If an order is cancelled or refunded, its download access may be revoked. The circumstances in which a refund is available must be stated in the store's final refund and withdrawal policy and must comply with applicable mandatory consumer rights.

Digital-content withdrawal rights

Some jurisdictions apply special rules when a customer expressly asks for digital content to be supplied before a withdrawal period ends. Checkout records the customer's immediate-delivery consent and acknowledgement where the digital-delivery flow is used. This technical feature does not by itself make a store legally compliant; obtain appropriate legal review for the markets you serve.
