Digital Delivery & Refunds

Digital delivery

Digital Produkte are made available only after the configured payment provider has confirmed the payment. When access is released, the customer receives a private download link on the order-confirmation page und/or by email.

Secure download access

Download links are individual to the order. The store can apply an expiry period und a maximum number von file downloads. Customers should not publish or share their private download links.

Delayed payments

For bank transfers, cryptocurrency or other payment methods that do not confirm instantly, download access remains locked until payment is confirmed.

Refunds und cancellations

If an order is cancelled or refunded, its download access may be revoked. The circumstances in which a refund is available must be stated in the store's final refund und withdrawal policy und must comply with applicable mandatory consumer rights.

Digital-content withdrawal rights

Some jurisdictions apply special rules when a customer expressly asks für digital content to be supplied before a withdrawal period ends.
